Parish Life

This past year we have observed Ash Wednesday together along with the entire penitential season of Lent. 

During Lent, the Boy Scouts and church prepared Fish Friday evening meals. 

During Holy Week, we had Confessions on Wednesday, Foot washing and Stripping of the Altar on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday we remembered the death of Jesus and walked the Stations of the Cross. On Holy Saturday morning we discussed what Jesus did during those days he was dead and buried and then we celebrated a glorious Vigil service in the evening. Easter morning was celebrated with the joy of His glorious resurrection. 

We are looking forward to Pentecost and celebrating the coming of the Holy Spirit!
