Children & Youth Ministry
Our mission is to help children develop a lasting relationship with Jesus and introduce them to the living Word of God to guide them through this ever-changing world.
Throughout our programs, in age-appropriate ways, we teach the children how to navigate the bible; help them to understand and defend their faith when facing worldly teachings that contradict the Word of God; discuss biblical principles such as trust, humility, integrity, confession; and discuss what it means to be a disciple of Christ and to share Christ with those around us.
Children’s Chapel (Elementary): During the 10 a.m. service each Sunday, our children grow in Christ through children’s worship and Bible study. Lessons may include videos, crafts, and interactive activities. They join their families to receive Holy Communion.
Youth Group (Middle School & High School): By gathering for special events and discussion, we hope to invite, inspire, affirm, and equip youth for discipleship and Christian leadership in their lives and their communities. Currently the church encourages our youth to attend the diocesan camping and other special events in the diocese during the summer and on different weekends during the school year.
